Build Your Own 3D Printer. Everyone begins with a 3D Printer kit (included)and over the course of the next couple of days, you'll learn how each component contributes to the overall operation of the printer so you'll be able to repair and replace components as needed.

This workshop will last for two days, Monday the 1st and Tuesday the 2nd. Each day for three hours until the printer is completed. When you leave on the second day, you'll have a full functioning 3D printer for your home. Price also includes a roll of filament (PLA- 1kg) that will be used for testing your printer after assembly.

Overview of thingiverse, Fusion 360, Solidworks is also included in this workshop.

Registration will close one week prior to the start of the workshop to prep all materials. A detailed email will specifics will be emailed to each registered participant spelling out details for the workshop. Please check your email for details! Minimum age requirement is 12 years of age for at least one person per group. This is a great workshop for individuals or siblings/family members to complete together. Price is per kit, not per student. Example, if you and your daughter would like to complete it together, just purchase one ticket. No prior software or 3D printing knowledge is required to participate. Just an eagerness to learn and a positive attitude is needed.
